Remarks
This property affects the state of InsertMultiLevelListCommand, ToggleMultiLevelListCommandBase and ShowNumberingListFormCommand commands behavior.
The DocumentCapability.Default value for the MultiLevel property is equal to DocumentCapability.Enabled, so that the multilevel lists are available for a document currently loaded in the RichEditControl.
