TdxCustomGaugeControl Class

The base class for the Gauge Control component.

Remarks

This class implements the functionality of the TdxGaugeControl component.

The TdxCustomGaugeControl class extends its ancestor class with the following members allowing you to:

Create individual scale objects within the Gauge Control (the AddScale and AddContainer functions);
Access the created scale objects (the Scales property);
Remove scales (the DeleteScale and Clear methods);
Manage the Gauge Control repainting (the BeginUpdate, EndUpdate, and CancelUpdate methods);
Enable transparency for the TdxGaugeControl component’s background (the Transparent property).

You do not need to create instances of this class, use its descendant instead. The TdxGaugeControl class implements the ExpressGauge component and publishes many properties, methods, and events of the TdxCustomGaugeControl class.
