Specifies the starting scale factor of background cards, as a percentage.

Remarks

The scale factor of background cards gradually decreases from BackgroundRecordStartScale (applies to the cards that are painted immediately below the foreground card) down to BackgroundRecordEndScale (applies to the lowest cards).

The default value of the BackgroundRecordStartScale property is specified by the cxGridLayoutViewCarouselModeDefaultBackgroundRecordStartScale global constant.
