Returns the band’s horizontal position from amongst the View’s bottom bands which are visible within a View.

The VisibleBottomIndex property returns the band’s horizontal position from amongst the View’s bottom bands which are actually visible within a View. For a band which is not a bottom band, the VisibleBottomIndex property returns -1. To access all the visible bottom bands, use the Bands.VisibleBottomItems property,
