Remarks

The Start value is the Appointment.Start value of the edited appointment, corrected as needed for the current client time zone (SchedulerOptionsBehaviorBase.ClientTimeZoneId setting). A AppointmentFormControllerBase.DisplayStart value is used for displaying on the form.
