Property Value

Type	Description
CameraCaptureEngine	The camera capture engine.

Available values:

Name	Description
DirectShow	The DirectShow capture engine.
MediaFoundation	The Media Foundation capture engine.
Auto	If there is compatiblity with the camera, then the Media Foundation capture engine; otherwise, the DirectShow capture engine.

Remarks

Specify the CaptureEngine property once at startup:
