TreeListMultiSelection Properties

Represents a collection of selected nodes for the Tree List control.

Name	Description
Count	Gets the number of items (selected nodes) in this collection.
IsLockSelect	Gets whether selection updates are prevented.
Item[Int32]	Gets a TreeListNode object from the collection of selected nodes referenced by the specified index.
