Remarks
This property affects the behavior of the InsertPictureCommand and the ability to paste images in the document.
The DocumentCapability.Default value for the InlinePictures property is equal to DocumentCapability.Enabled, so that the inline pictures are available for a document currently loaded in the RichEditControl.
