Executes the command implemented as an action object for the specified Rich Edit control instance.

Call this procedure to apply the action object’s Value to the respective setting of the Rich Edit control. For action objects inherited directly from the TdxRichEditControlAction class, ExecuteTarget is the equivalent of the Executing function.
