This property returns True if none of tile items trail the current item; otherwise – False.

In the horizontal group layout, the IsMostRight property returns True if the current item adjoins the right edge of the last visible tile group.

In the vertical group layout, the IsMostRight property returns True if the current item adjoins the bottom edge of the last visible tile group.
