This property returns True if none of tile items precede the current item; otherwise – False.

In the horizontal group layout, the IsMostLeft property returns True if the current item adjoins the left edge of the first visible tile group.

In the vertical group layout, the IsMostLeft property returns True if the current item adjoins the top edge of the first visible tile group.
