Specifies the row which is the first row (top-most) displayed in the current card.

Remarks

Use the TopRowIndex property to specify the index of the row which is the first row (top-most) displayed in the current card. All visible rows preceding the one specified by this property will not be displayed in the card, and thus it is necessary to scroll up the Card View to see them.
