ExpressFlowChart Editor Dialog

The ExpressFlowChart Editor dialog (Chart Editor, for short) provides a variety of tools for creating block diagrams and charts in the Flow Chart control. The editor allows users to create, rearrange, and remove diagram elements as well as customize their appearance.

You can use the Chart Editor to pre-populate the Flow Chart control at design time or display it at runtime to enable end users to customize the chart. To invoke the Chart Editor, do one of the following:

• Double-click the Flow Chart component;

• Invoke the component’s context menu and select “Editor…”;

• Call the ShowFlowChartEditor global function.

The Chart Editor includes:

• Main Menu;

• Toolbars;

• Design Area;

• Color Palette;

• Closing Buttons.
