PopupVerticalAlignment	The vertical alignment of the pop-up view.

Available values:

Name	Description
Default	Equals to the Center.
Top	The DXPopup‘s message is aligned to the top of a parent element.
Center	The DXPopup‘s message is aligned to the center of a parent element.
Bottom	The DXPopup‘s message is aligned to the bottom of a parent element.
