Remarks

A row provides the VerticalGridRow.HeaderCaptionTemplate property, which provides a custom template for displaying the caption of its header.

To set a custom template for a category row header caption, use the VerticalGridCategoryRow.HeaderCaptionTemplate property. To learn more, see Templates.

Note

Once a template defined via the HeaderCaption property is created in a grid control, it is instantiated in a container object of the VerticalGridHeaderTemplateContainer type. This container object exposes a set of specific properties to which the template’s child controls can be bound.
