Remarks

A category row provides the VerticalGridCategoryRow.HeaderCaptionTemplate property, which provides a custom template for displaying the caption of its header.

To set a custom template for a row header caption, use the VerticalGridRow.HeaderCaptionTemplate property.

Note

Once a template defined via the CategoryCaption property is created in a grid control, it is instantiated in a container object of the VerticalGridHeaderTemplateContainer type. This container object exposes a set of specific properties to which the template’s child controls can be bound.
