Remarks

Normally, you don’t need to use this constructor. An object of the FormattingRuleSheet class is automatically instantiated when an XtraReport class or its descendant is created. You can access the appropriate FormattingRuleSheet object using the XtraReport.FormattingRuleSheet property of a report.
