Returns the specified item’s position within the collection.

Parameters

item	ICollectionItem	An object supporting the ICollectionItem interface whose index is to be determined.

Returns

Type	Description
Int32	An integer value representing the zero-based index of the specified item within the collection.

Remarks

If the specified item is not in the collection, the IndexOf method returns -1.
