Remarks

The EnablePanButton property allows you to disable the corresponding button within the Header Panel and the shortcut (F10) used to activate the Panning mode. To prevent switching between view modes by an end-user and in code, the LayoutViewOptionsBehavior.AllowSwitchViewModes option needs to be set to false.

Use the LayoutViewOptionsHeaderPanel.ShowPanButton to hide the corresponding button within the Header Panel. If the button is hidden and the EnablePanButton property is set to true, the Panning mode can still be invoked using the corresponding shortcut.
