SchedulerControl Events

The main control of the Scheduler suite which displays and manages appointments.

Name	Description
ActiveViewChanged	Fires each time the ActiveView property value changes.
AppointmentAdded	Occurs after the user has added appointments to the scheduler.
AppointmentAdding	Occurs before the user has added appointments to the scheduler.
AppointmentDrag	Obsolete. Occurs when an appointment is dragged above the SchedulerControl.
AppointmentDrop	Obsolete. Occurs when an appointment is dropped onto the SchedulerControl.
AppointmentEdited	Occurs after the user has edited appointments.
AppointmentEditing	Occurs before the user applies changes to appointments.
AppointmentRemoved	Occurs after the user has deleted appointments.
AppointmentRemoving	Occurs before the user has deleted appointments from the scheduler.
AppointmentResize	Obsolete. Occurs when an appointment’s interval is modified by dragging its borders.
AppointmentRestored	Occurs after the user has restored appointments.
AppointmentRestoring	Occurs before the user has restored appointments.
AppointmentsUpdated	Occurs after Scheduler appointments are updated.
AppointmentWindowShowing	Occurs before showing the Appointment Window. This is a routed event.
BeforeAppointmentItemDelete	Obsolete. Occurs before deleting an appointment and allows you to cancel the deletion.
CommitAppointmentResize	Occurs when the user completes resizing an appointment.
CompleteAppointmentDragDrop	Occurs when the drag-drop operation initialized within the Scheduler has been completed.
CompleteAppointmentResize	Occurs when the resize operation initialized within the Scheduler has been completed.
ContextMenuClosing	Occurs just before any context menu on the element is closed. Inherited from FrameworkElement.
ContextMenuOpening	Occurs when any context menu on the element is opened. Inherited from FrameworkElement.
CopyingToClipboard	Occurs before copied appointments are moved to the clipboard.
CustomAllowAppointmentConflicts	Occurs when a Scheduler appointment has been edited and allows you to define whether conflicts are present.
CustomAllowAppointmentCopy	Occurs when trying to copy an appointment.
CustomAllowAppointmentCreate	Occurs when an end-user tries to create a new appointment.
CustomAllowAppointmentDelete	Occurs when trying to delete an appointment.
CustomAllowAppointmentDrag	Occurs when attempting to drag an appointment to another time interval.
CustomAllowAppointmentDragBetweenResources	Occurs when attempting to drag the appointment.
CustomAllowAppointmentEdit	Occurs when trying to edit the appointment.
CustomAllowAppointmentResize	Occurs when attempting to resize the appointment.
CustomAllowInplaceEditor	Occurs when trying to invoke an appointment’s in-place editor.
CustomAllowPastingFromClipboard
CustomAppointmentBackground	Allows you to customize the appointments’ appearance by changing their background color.
CustomWorkTime	Allows you to specify several custom work time intervals per day, which can be set differently for distinct days and resources.
DataContextChanged	Occurs when the data context for this element changes. Inherited from FrameworkElement.
DeleteOccurrenceWindowShowing	Occurs before showing the Delete Occurrence Window. This is a routed event.
DependencyPropertyChanged	Occurs when any SchedulerControl’s dependency property is changed. Inherited from SchedulerControlBase.
DragAppointmentOver	Raised repeatedly while the user drags appointments within a Scheduler’s view.
DragEnter	Occurs when the input system reports an underlying drag event with this element as the drag target. Inherited from UIElement.
DragLeave	Occurs when the input system reports an underlying drag event with this element as the drag origin. Inherited from UIElement.
DragOver	Occurs when the input system reports an underlying drag event with this element as the potential drop target. Inherited from UIElement.
Drop	Occurs when the input system reports an underlying drop event with this element as the drop target. Inherited from UIElement.
DropAppointment	Occurs when the user drops appointments within a Scheduler’s view.
EditOccurrenceWindowShowing	Occurs before showing the Open Recurring Item Window. This is a routed event.
FilterAppointment	Raised each time an appointment is about to be displayed by the scheduler’s view and allows you to hide this appointment.
FilterTimeRegion	Raised each time a time region is about to be displayed by the scheduler’s view and allows you to hide this time region.
FocusableChanged	Occurs when the value of the Focusable property changes. Inherited from UIElement.
GiveAppointmentDragFeedback	Raised repeatedly while the user drags appointments within a Scheduler’s view and allows you to specify the feedback.
GiveFeedback	Occurs when the input system reports an underlying drag-and-drop event that involves this element. Inherited from UIElement.
GotFocus	Occurs when this element gets logical focus. Inherited from UIElement.
GotKeyboardFocus	Occurs when the keyboard is focused on this element. Inherited from UIElement.
GotMouseCapture	Occurs when this element captures the mouse. Inherited from UIElement.
GotoDateWindowShowing	Occurs before showing the Go to Date Window. This is a routed event.
GotStylusCapture	Occurs when this element captures the stylus. Inherited from UIElement.
GotTouchCapture	Occurs when a touch is captured to this element. Inherited from UIElement.
Initialized	Occurs when this FrameworkElement is initialized. This event coincides with cases where the value of the IsInitialized property changes from false (or undefined) to true. Inherited from FrameworkElement.
InitNewAppointment	Occurs before a new AppointmentItem is created in the SchedulerControl.
IsDataManipulationAllowedChanged	Occurs when the SchedulerControl.IsDataManipulationAllowed property value has been changed.
IsEnabledChanged	Occurs when the value of the IsEnabled property on this element changes. Inherited from UIElement.

LostFocus	Occurs when this element loses logical focus. Inherited from UIElement.

ManipulationCompleted	Occurs when a manipulation and inertia on the UIElement object is complete. Inherited from UIElement.
ManipulationDelta	Occurs when the input device changes position during a manipulation. Inherited from UIElement.
ManipulationInertiaStarting	Occurs when the input device loses contact with the UIElement object during a manipulation and inertia begins. Inherited from UIElement.

QueryContinueDrag	Occurs when there is a change in the keyboard or mouse button state during a drag-and-drop operation. Inherited from UIElement.
QueryCursor	Occurs when the cursor is requested to display. This event is raised on an element each time that the mouse pointer moves to a new location, which means the cursor object might need to be changed based on its new position. Inherited from UIElement.
RecurrenceWindowShowing	Occurs before showing the Recurrence Window. This is a routed event.
RemindersWindowShowing	Enables you to specify the window displayed when a reminder fires, or hide it.
