Remarks
The CreateGroup method is called to create groups when a layout is modified or it’s loaded from an XML file.
The CreateGroup method creates an object of the type that is returned by the GetGroupType protected virtual method. As implemented in the LayoutGroup class, the GetGroupType protected virtual method returns the LayoutGroup type. So the CreateGroup method creates a new LayoutGroup object.
You can override the GetGroupType method and return a custom LayoutGroup class descendant. In this instance, objects of the custom type will be created when a layout is modified, or it’s loaded from an XML file.
