#Declaration

#Returns

Type Description
Object

An object that specifies the tab header.

#Remarks

When the LayoutGroup.View property is set to LayoutGroupView.Tabs, the LayoutGroup is rendered as a tab container, where its elements are represented as tabs. You can use the TabHeader attached property, to specify objects to display in tab headers, corresponding to the elements represented as tabs.

For LayoutGroup objects that are children of a tabbed group, by default, the LayoutGroup.Header objects are displayed within tab headers. The TabHeader attached property, if specified, overrides the LayoutGroup.Header property.

To provide a template to present the TabHeader object on-screen, use the LayoutControl.TabHeaderTemplate property. For LayoutGroup objects, it’s possible to use the LayoutGroup.HeaderTemplate property, instead. The LayoutControl.TabHeaderTemplate attached property, if specified, overrides the LayoutGroup.HeaderTemplate property.
