Specifies if an end-user can create bulleted lists within a document.

Remarks

Use this property to allow or forbid inserting bulleted lists into a document opened in the Rich Edit control. The Bulleted property value affects the availability of the ShowNumberingForm and ToggleBulletedList commands as well as the appearance and functionality of the user interface elements associated with them.

The default value of the Bulleted property is TdxDocumentCapability.Default.
