When implementing a custom Print Preview dialog style, override this function in a TdxPSPreviewDialogStyleInfo descendant, to create a window for this dialog style. You can derive your window class from TdxPSCustomPreviewWindow or a class that corresponds to one of built-in Print Preview dialog styles.
