TCustomdxComponentPrinter.AbortBuilding Property

Specifies that the building of a report should be cancelled.

#Declaration

Delphi
property AbortBuilding: Boolean read; write;

#Property Value

Type
Boolean

#Remarks

Set the AbortBuilding property to True when a report is being built to cancel the build in progress. The most obvious places to do this are in the report link’s events (for the control’s elements being rendered for a report) and the component printer’s events (e.g. the OnGenerateReportProgress event).

See an example on how to abort the building of a report in response to an end-user’s action.
