FindMode	**Default**	The value that specifies whether a search starts automatically, or must be started manually.

Available values:

Name	Description
Default	This option is equivalent to Always.
Always	A control starts searching data automatically, after a short delay.
FindClick	A control starts searching data on clicking the Find button or pressing ENTER.
