Returns a cell value by the column and row indexes.

Remarks
To obtain the total numbers of columns and rows, use the PivotGridCells.ColumnCount and PivotGridCells.RowCount properties. The PivotGridCells object can be accessed via the PivotGridControl.Cells property.
The PivotCustomDrawCellBaseEventArgs.ColumnIndex and PivotCustomDrawCellBaseEventArgs.RowIndex properties allow you to identify the currently processed cell.
Note
If you call the GetCellValue method while an asynchronous operation is being performed, an exception will be thrown. To determine whether the operation is in progress, use the pivot grid’s IThreadSafeAccessible.IsAsyncInProgress property. For more information, see Asynchronous Mode.
