Remarks
The CreateShowArgs method creates and returns an object containing settings of the current ToolTipController object.
Calling the method can be useful if you wish to display the tooltip using the ToolTipController.ShowHint method which takes a ToolTipControllerShowEventArgs object as a parameter.
