Gets or sets the maximum number of characters an end-user can enter into the editor. This is a dependency property.

Remarks
In masked mode, the MaxLength property must be set to 0. In this instance, the number of characters an end-user can enter is specified by the editor’s mask. To specify mask settings, use the TextEdit.Mask property.
