    Localizer Editor
    The Localizer Editor is designed to localize resource strings shipped with DevExpress VCL controls.
    Skin Editor
    The Skin Editor allows you to create custom skins based on one of the skins shipped with the VCL Skin Library.

    Run Standalone Tools

    To run the applications listed in this section, open the Windows Start menu, navigate to the DevExpress VCL 25.1 category, and select the required menu item:
