Customizing Popup Menu

The customizing popup menu is used to manage the visibility and appearance of individual item controls – both at design and runtime. To customize appearance and layout settings of multiple toolbar items simultaneously, use the Customization Form.

Design-Time Customization
You can activate the customizing popup menu by right-clicking an item control.
The customizing popup menu allows you to:
add, rename, and delete toolbar items;
group item controls on toolbars and submenus by adding a group separator;
group item controls in toolbar subitems, in-place subitems, toolbar and Ribbon context menus by adding a separator;
determine the visibility, appearance and layout aspects of item controls;
reset and delete item controls.

Runtime Customization
End-users can customize toolbar items when the Customization Form is displayed. The customizing popup menu is activated when right-clicking a particular item control.
The customizing popup menu allows end-users to:
reset and delete item controls;
rename a toolbar item associated with a selected item control;
group item controls on toolbars and submenus by adding a group separator;
change appearance aspects of item controls.
