EditPageHeaderCommand Class
A command to activate the page header and begin editing.

Remarks
Execute this command to make the header active. An active SubDocument (section header in this case) is required for the BookmarkCollection.Select method, and for executing various commands such as the InsertPageNumberFieldCommand or the InsertPageCountFieldCommand and others. If the header is not active, an exception is thrown.
