WaitForMiddleTierServerReady()	Delays the start of the XAF Windows Forms application until the Middle Tier Server is ready to receive and handle client requests.
WaitForMiddleTierServerReady(TimeSpan)	Delays the start of the XAF Windows Forms application for a specified period or until the Middle Tier Server is ready to receive and handle client requests.
