Invoke Bar Manager Designer
The BarManager’s Designer can be invoked using one of the following methods:
Select the Bar Manager component in the design-time tray, click the smart tag and select Run Designer:
Right-click the Bar Manager component in the tray and select Designer:
Select the Bar Manager component in the tray. Then switch to the Properties Grid and click Designer:
