Tab Panel
Tab panel is an area containing tabs and the navigator bar (if visible).
If tabs are arranged across several rows (the MultiLine property value is True) and the ScrollOpposite property is set to True, tab panel can be represented by two sub-panels located on the opposite sides of a tabbed control.
