Parameters

culture	CultureInfo	A CultureInfo object that specifies the language of numerals.

Returns

String	A string that is the numeral corresponding to the specified number.

Remarks

Use the static NumberInWords.Ordinal or NumberInWords.Cardinal methods to obtain the converter for cardinal and ordinal numerals respectively.

If the language of the specified culture is not listed in the NumberCulture enumeration, English numerals are returned.
