Name	Type	Description
stream	Stream	A Stream containing characters for which encoding is detected.
maxByteCount	Int32	An integer specifying the maximum number of bytes used for encoding detection.
keepPosition	Boolean	true to start detection from the System.IO.Stream.Position offset; otherwise, false.
