CompositeView.RemoveItem(String) Method

Removes a particular View Item from a Composite View’s CompositeView.Items collection.

#Parameters

Name Type Description
id String

A string value representing the ID of the View Item to be removed.

#Remarks

If the specified View Item cannot be found, this method does nothing.

You can handle the CompositeView.ItemsChanged event to perform specific actions after removing an item from the CompositeView.Items collection.

You can also remove a View Item via the Application Model. For this purpose, use the Application | Views | DetailView | Items node.
