Remarks

This property is used internally in XAF. For instance, FilterController will not activate for a View whose Collection Source’s CanApplyCriteriaproperty returns false.

When implementing a custom Collection Source, override this property to return false, if the custom Collection Source’s collection cannot be filtered.
