Remarks

Individual Popup Detail Views can override this option. For more information about options that can affect the visibility of an Action, see the following topic: ActionBase.Active.

The default value is true if the FrameworkSettingsCompatibilityMode property is v23_2 or higher. If that property references an older version, the default value is false.
