Navigate through Time Cells

The keyboard shortcuts and mouse operations described in this topic can be used to move focus between time cells. The following table contains the common navigation operations available to end-users.
Action | Effect |

Clicking a cell | Moves focus to the clicked cell. |
Pressing the UP or DOWN ARROW key | Dependent on the type of the active view

Pressing the LEFT or RIGHT ARROW key | Dependent on the type of the active view
|
Pressing the PAGE DOWN key | Moves the row focus one page down preserving the column focus. |
Pressing the PAGE UP key | Moves the row focus one page up preserving the column focus. |
Pressing the HOME key | Dependent on the type of the active view

Pressing the END key | Dependent on the type of the active view

Pressing the CTRL + HOME key | Dependent on the type of the active view

Pressing the CTRL + END key | Dependent on the type of the active view

Pressing the TAB key | Switches to appointments navigation. A focus shifts to the next time appointment within the time span shown. Pressing the key repeatedly iterates through the appointments in the following way- appointments with a definite duration are followed by all-day appointments. |
Pressing the SHIFT-TAB key | Switches to appointments navigation. A focus shifts to the previous time appointment within the time span shown. Pressing the key repeatedly iterates through the appointments in the following way- appointments with a definite duration are followed by all-day appointments. |
Pressing the ALT with UP (DOWN) ARROW keys | Dependent on the type of the active view

Note
When appointments are grouped, only ARROW keys can move focus to another resource group.
