Remarks

If window resizing is allowed (the TreeListSettingsPopupEditForm.AllowResize property is set to true), end-users can change the element’s size. You can use the MinHeight and TreeListSettingsPopupEditForm.MinWidth properties to specify the element size constraints limiting an end-user’s capability to resize a window.
