    EFCoreObjectSpace.IsObjectToSave(Object) Method

    Checks if the specified object is changed and whether or not it should be saved to a database.

    An object this method checks.

    Returns

    Type Description
    Boolean

    true if the specified object is changed and whether or not it should be saved to a database; false if the object has not been modified since the last commit.

    Remarks

    When you create, modify, or delete an object, call the BaseObjectSpace.CommitChanges method to save all changes to the current Object Space’s persistent objectsin the database. To get the list of objects to be committed, use the EFCoreObjectSpace.ModifiedObjects property. After calling the BaseObjectSpace.CommitChanges method, this list is empty.
