path	String	A String value which specifies the path to the file that contains the layout to be loaded.

Remarks

Use the LoadFromFile method to load a chart’s layout, which has been saved to a file using the WebChartControl.SaveToFile method. If the specified file doesn’t exist, an exception is raised.
