Data Source Wizard (Fullscreen)

The Data Source Wizard allows you to add data sources to a report.
You can use this wizard in the Report Designer if you register the data connections. For more information on how to register data connections, refer to the following topics:
- ASP.NET Core: SQL, JSON, MongoDB, Object.
- ASP.NET MVC: SQL, JSON, MongoDB, Object.
- ASP.NET Web Forms: SQL, JSON, MongoDB, Object.
To invoke the Data Source Wizard, use of the following UI elements:
Click the Add Data Source command in the Main Menu:
Click the Add Data Source button in the Field List Panel:
On the start page, choose the data source type and click Next to proceed.
One of the following pages opens:
- Specify Data Source Settings (Database) if you selected Database,
- Specify Data Source Settings (JSON) if you selected JSON,
- Specify Data Source Settings (Object) if you selected Object,
- Specify Data Source Settings (MongoDB) if you selected MongoDB,
- Specify Data Source Settings (Data Federation) if you selected Data Federation.
