Remarks

To enable the DirectX rendering for a PictureEdit control, set the control’s UseDirectXPaint property to DefaultBoolean.True and call the static WindowsFormsSettings.ForceDirectXPaint method on application startup. The DirectX engine allows you to improve the scrolling and resizing performance for PictureEdits that contain huge images.
