Property Value

Type	Description
FixedStyle	A value that specifies whether a column is anchored, and how.

Available values:

Name	Description
None	The column is not anchored and takes part in horizontal scrolling.
Start	The column is anchored to the grid’s left edge.
End	The column is anchored to the grid’s right edge.

Remarks

Set the FixedStyle property to Start or End to anchor (fix) a column to the left or right edge, so that it always remains visible while a user scrolls the grid horizontally.

The DataGridView.FixedColumnSeparatorWidth property allows you to change the thickness of the line that separates fixed columns from scrollable columns.
