The References tab includes the following groups:

Captions

Allows users to insert captions, update tables of contents, insert and update lists of equations, figures, or tables.

Table of Contents

Allows users to insert a table of contents and add paragraphs into this table.

Use this property to perform the following operations with the Page Layout tab:

• Access the tab’s properties.
• Add/remove the tab to/from the ribbon.
