x	Single	A Single value that is the distance from the left of the worksheet.
y	Single	A Single value that is the distance from the top of the worksheet.

Remarks

Inserted picture has a FloatingObject.Placement set to Placement.FreeFloating.

Linear dimensions (x, y) are specified in units determined by the ISpreadsheetComponent.Unit property.
