The ExternalWorksheet object is accessible by using the ExternalWorkbook.Worksheets property.

You can get the value of an arbitrary cell in the external worksheet by using the ExternalWorksheet.GetCellValue method and obtain the defined names of the worksheet by using the ExternalWorksheet.DefinedNames property.
